Your child's Enrolment
Instructions:
- Please download each provided document to your cellphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
- Once you have downloaded to your chosen device, please print the document from the comfort of your own home or nearest internet cafe.
- Fill in the printed hard copy of each document.
- Once you have filled the document, please take it to the creche and submit it.
